Methodology and key findings

The University of Phoenix 母亲克服更多困难 (M.O.M.)报告

就像我们在 职业乐观指数® study, the past three years have been some of the most tumultuous for the American workforce in recent history. 工作ers face myriad challenges and barriers to the progression of their careers, and working moms are no exception.

In wave 3 of the 职业乐观指数® study, we saw that moms are:

  • 苦苦挣扎的更 financially than the average worker
  • Feeling overwhelmed, having to take on additional jobs
  • Experiencing burnout at higher rates than the workforce average

更重要的是, their need for stability makes moms less likely to quit a job without having another lined up.
